The Keeper 12 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant wide 1 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with durable aluminum ratchet and large vinyl-coated S-hooks to prevent scratching cargo and vehicles. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, pull the strap over the cargo load, and tug to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
